market tiger porject:
in this project, you can expect some progress and an explanation of what I made for Market Tiger and why. first, i started doing research on Market Tiger as a business, what they do who they attract and their corporate identity. the business itself prints and creates 3D models with or without color for u so they work with comissions. with that i had an idea to make a mascotte, a thing that reperesents market tiger. somthing you see and think of market tiger. with that idea i noticed storm had the same idea and we decided to work together, also to show that market tiger does the same with 2 and 3D artists.

inspiration board/research:
looking at multiple other businesses from around the world they mainly focus on the head of the tiger and not the whole body, storm and I wanted to be different so we chose the create a model that would show more than just the head, create a bit more character.

illustration storm:
eventually, storm and I went for the second illustration (the one Storm made) just because the ones I made were too complicated to make as beginner 3D artists. the way Storm made it was to create a friendly atmosphere  and that's why he made him a bit chubbier and more human-like.
3d process:
I was in charge of making the head and Storm was in charge of the body. A lot of emotion is in the face so it was a lot of pressure but in the end im glad I could make the head it was a learning process.
reflection/feedback:
Besides the fact that we are very proud of the end result, there are of course areas for improvement. For example, we could have communicated better from moment one about what look and atmosphere we wanted for this project. Communication went much better later on so there was an improvement. We could also have involved the teachers a little more. But apart from those areas for improvement, the collaboration went smoothly and we mainly received good feedback during the pitch.
